Terms & Conditions
- Reservation is secured upon receiving Down Payment of min. 30% from total quotation.
- The remaining balance must be settled 7 days before the sailing trip date.
- Reschedule is only applicable 30 days before the sailing trip date.
- In terms of force majeure, trip will be rescheduled or itinerary will be adjusted due to safety reasons.
- Refund is only applicable when the trip is cancelled or prohibited by the Harbormaster due to the weather condition and/or other force majeure events occurs.
- Force majeure includes natural disasters, bad weather, riot, disease outbreak, and government regulations.
- Operator reserve all rights to change the order of destinations depending on the weather due to safety reason. Refund is not available in this case.
- For the Open Trip, guest should arrive on the meeting point at 10.30 am. Guest who arrives late at the meeting point will be assumed as "no show" and shall not receive any refund, but can take the speedboat on their own expenses to still join the trip.
- Children aged over 5 years are subjects to the normal rate.
- Participants should not have any medical condition that endangers theirselves and/or other participants.
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
- By paying the down payment, participants are considered to understand and agree to all the provisions above.
